Cardboards: collecting and transporting efficiently in urban environments
Our open large-volume transport solutions prove to be particularly effective, especially when compared to traditional alternatives like cargo bikes with a closed box or small high-sided trucks. Their loading is often less convenient and their useful volume is limited.
2 methods are possible for collecting cardboard by bike:
1. Uncompacted bulk collection:
Our TricyLift Pickup transport solution with a mesh sideboard accommodates up to 2 m³ of cardboards.
Advantage: Its low bed facilitates loading and allows for entry inside for unloading
1. Pre-compacted collection:
Integrated into our large volume bin, our manual compactor optimizes:
- the volume collected by compacting with a factor of 2 >> up to 120 kg of cardboard per trip
- the transfer to the outlet through the preparation of boxes collected in bales or on pallets directly into the bike
Advantage: more volume collected per trip, less strain, and more convenient storage/transfers!
The plus: also works very well for wooden crates!
2. Roll collection:
Collected in Roll, the boxes can be collected directly using the lifting system of our TricyLift tricycle or our BicyLift trailer and transferred to other vehicles without manual handling.
This solution combines flexibility and efficiency for flows requiring intermodality.

Biowaste: simplify collection and reduce hardship
Organic waste is a heavy stream that can be difficult to handle. We offer solutions to facilitate collection while reducing the strain of operations.
Two practical solutions for collecting organic waste by bike:
1. Bucket collection
This widely used method requires the operator to return clean buckets to the customers, which involves mastering and operating the particularly demanding washing process.
With our TricyLift Pickup transport solution, collection becomes more ergonomic:
- High load capacity: up to 215 kg
- Low bucket: facilitates the loading and unloading of buckets without having to lift them too high.
2. Pallet box collection
The collector empties the client's buckets directly into the pallet box, leaving the cleaning of the buckets to the client.
Advantages :
- Increased productivity and reduced strain
- Simplification of transport thanks to our pallet fork compatible with the Tricylift tricycle or our Bicylift trailer, which allows for handling pallets with no extra effort.

Household waste and street bins: efficiency in constrained areas
For areas where the circulation of Garbage Collection Trucks is complicated - old town, pedestrian streets, parks, events… - we offer tailored solutions to streamline the collection.
Two possible methods for collecting household waste and street bins by bike:
1. Bulk bag
The mesh PickUp combined with the TricyLift tricycle offers a large useful volume
Advantage: the ability to collect large quantities, even though emptying is less convenient than with the tipping bed of a utility vehicle
2. Rolling bin
With our PickUp module + TricyLift tricycle, the agent loads the rolling bin and collects in complex areas, then drops off the bin on the outskirts of the city for it to be picked up by a garbage truck.
Advantages :
Stable module with a low loading threshold: more practical and secure for agents who operate numerous trips and collection and drop-off activities
Complementarity of bike / Garbage truck modes in areas where no other small vehicle can easily load and drop off a rolling bin.
Bulky items and appliances: facilitating the collection of heavy waste
Our mesh Pickup module combined with our TricyLift tricycle offers a versatile solution for transporting bulkier waste or appliances.
Its advantages:
- Low loading threshold and large volume, ideal for cleanly loading various bulky waste
- Possibility for agents to get into the PickUp with a hand truck, which prevents them from carrying any load

Thanks to the 10 bar - 100 L pressure washer that can be integrated into the PickUp, you can carry out cleaning tasks with unmatched agility.
